caml-iPSORT
Introduction
This page provides information for the command line version of
iPSORT, which was written
in the OCaml language.
You may download and use ipsort free of charge, provided that you
register and get a license key
. The executable is downloadable here: (Linux version, MacOSX(10.2))
ipsort is linked against part of the OCaml standard library (copyright INRIA,
licensed under LGPL but with special exceptions on linking).

- 2002/10/30: NOTICE:
The license issuing program seemed to have been dead for perhaps a few weeks.
If you tried to get a license and did not immediately receive mail with the license,
please try again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- 2002/10/22: MacOS X version (tested on MacOS 10.2. Sorry, no fancy GUIs :-P)
- 2002/07/13: Added new option for reading FASTA format input
- 2002/06/28: Minor bug fix concerning license reading.
- 2002/05/13: New license version.
- 2002/04/18: Stopped distribution temporarily. Please wait a few days...
- 2002/03/08: Fixed small bug in pattern alignment display (no effect on prediction).
